Policies for Reservations and Requests

- For the “Upon Request” tours we will get back to you within 24 hours from the time you sent your message using our contact forms.
- For the “Online Bookings”, wherever is available, the reservations are completed with the use of our online certified and secure partner.
On both booking ways, your personal digital data will be fully protected by A Xora Namou Social Enterprise and its affiliations, so you enjoy our services hassle-free.
Cancellation and Payment Policy
In case of a cancellation of an already made booking with us the cancellation policy is as follows:
- In case the Cancellation takes place at least 24 hours before your arrival date and the starting date of the experience, there will be NO charge and any deposit given will be refunded to you in the same way the deposit is made to us.
Our experiences, in order to be held, require for sure the existence of good weather, so we avoid any injuries and non-positive moments.
If any of our experiences is canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered an alternative date during your holidays here or a full refund if it is not possible to be held at all.
The payment policy of your reservation will be mentioned on our online booking platform (if the online booking is available), or we will inform you through our email of the “upon request” bookings.
